Tasted again (this time at the estate), the 2022 Viognier opens to delightful floral notes and seductive hints of oak, orange-spice tea and mandarin orange rind before cereal grain and fresh peaches appear with sweet citrus skin. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is fresh, bright and not as floral as the nose leads on, yet it offers a balanced structure before showcasing succulent acidity with balanced weight and mouthfeel.
