VinousThe 2021 Blanco Las Parcelas is a field blend of approximately 90% Viura, 5% Malvasía Riojana and 5% Cagazal from old vines. Pale yellow in hue, this delivers subtle herbal notes and restrained white fruit scents. Aromatically quiet but texturally compelling, it’s dry, vibrant and slightly chalky, with medium body and firm acidity. The mouthfeel takes precedence over fragrance.
