Catena White Clay Semillon-Chenin

Lemons and stone with a lightly steely and creamy edge. Really bright and nervy, with a bone-dry, elegant finish. 60% semillon and 40% chenin blanc. This should age well. Drink from 2026.

Aromas of white flowers show on the nose and palate of this blend of 52% Sémillon and 48% Chenin Blanc. Excellent acidity shines through its creamy texture, lifting flavors of white fruit, chamomile and almond.

Generous and oak-framed, with acacia, vanilla and spice layered over quince, lemon and apple skin. Supple and rounded with ripe yellow fruit, beeswax richness and firm structure. Concentrated and bold.
