The Chateau Etang Des Colombes Bois Des Dames 2020 hails from the Corbieres appellation in the Languedoc region, known for its diverse terroir. The wine undergoes a careful vinification of whole grapes for each variety, followed by 18 days of racking and 10 months of maturation in oak casks. This process enhances its depth, with smooth tannins providing a promising evolution over time.
