Coto de Gomariz "The Flower and the Bee" Blanco

The very young varietal white 2024 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura is faintly reductive but opens up in the glass and shows clean and expressive, with herbal notes and hints of flowers and white fruit. The grapes achieved good ripeness, and the wine has 13% alcohol, with a pH of 3.29 and 5.81 grams of acidity, coming through as balanced. This is the entry-level varietal range produced in white and red. It's tasty and clean with some ripe notes in the finish. 70,000 bottles were produced. It was bottled in March 2025.

The 2024 Treixadura La Flor y La Abeja is made from grapes grown in Gomaríz, Ribeiro. Acacia, honey and caramel notes, with a lightly terpenic intensity, lead the aromas. The palate is broad and textured for a white, with a slightly malic profile and a faintly bitter finish.
