Lime blossom, yellow apple, white peach and apricot mingle with a touch of salty sea spray. Light- to medium-bodied, the palate mirrors the bright aromatics, finishing with subtle brioche and baking spice notes. Fresh acidity balances the generous, fleshy orchard fruit, giving the wine both length and poise.
