Guarachi Cabernet Sauvignon "Meadowrock Vyd"

A stricter selection off the estate vineyard on Atlas Peak, there are just 94 cases of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Meadowrock Estate Heritage Single Vineyard. Matured in 100% new French oak, it's toast and vanilla-inflected, with black cherries, raspberries and mocha shadings. Full-bodied and richly concentrated, tannic but ripe, this is a big boy, and it does show a bit of alcohol-derived warmth but also boasts plenty of extract and fruit.

From the Meadowrock Heritage Single Vineyard on Atlas Peak. Aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak. Dense ruby colour. Explosive aromatics of black-toned fruits and powerful sweet oak spices. Full-bodied and layered with juicy blackberry and kirsch notes. Firm and structured tannins are perfectly ripe. A long muddled mix berry finish scented with sweet herbs layers in nuance.
