Hedges Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a definite generosity of fruit, aided by a blend of small bits of Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, and Petit Verdot from four of the Hedges Estate vineyards on Red Mountain. The wine is mainly aged in new oak, 41% of which is American, giving it a sweet generosity. The aromatics are loaded with vanilla, alongside hints of sweet berry fruits. The palate offers layers of sweet, lush berries, ripe plums, and a note of blueberry pie.
