Kila Cava Brut Organic

The 2022 Brut Kila Cava, composed of 50% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabeu and 25% Parellada from Las Planas, Penedès, was aged up to 24 months. It opens with tertiary notes of toast and a touch of lime. On the palate, it is smooth, with somewhat subdued bubbles yet good flavor, finishing with chalky firmness. A fine Cava offering strong value.
