Mirror Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville

Owned by Rick Mirer, who played for Notre Dame and was a Seattle Seahawk. Mirer played for the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers as well. Aged 22 months in 100% new French oak. Grape sources are Beckstoffer George III in Rutherford, Oakville 360, and some Larkmead Vineyard Cabernet from Calistoga. Fresh aromatics of bright red-toned fruit, cast iron mineral aromatics, and sweet cedar spices with elongated tannins that weave themselves around the fruit. Full-bodied with a robust stature and finishing with plenty of grip and intensity.
