Prinz Salm Felseneck Riesling Kabinett

Tasted as a tank sample in June, the 2021 Wallhäuser Felseneck Riesling Kabinett is clear, bright and intense on the mineral or stony-scented nose. Pretty sweet on the palate but without much substance or intensity, this Kabinett is not that light and has a surplus of sweetness even though the acidity is quite racy, but I might change my mind in five or 10 years.
