Spiced and ripe, Saigon cinnamon and nutmeg spiced pear tart aromatics announce this blend across the appellation, with plenty of ripe pomme fruits and rich, oak-driven spices that are lifted on the palate by a tone of sea spray that delve into ripe baked apples, honeyed pear and toasted almond cake.

Bright aromas of lemon peel, hazelnuts, pastry and flint. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, giving notes of grapefruit pith, lime curd and spices. Generous, with a light touch. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
