Tascante Buonara Etna Bianco

In the bottle with the dark green label, the Tenuta Tascante 2023 Etna Bianco Buonora is all Carricante with vines planted 25 years ago at 600 meters in elevation on volcanic soils with northern exposures. These cool climate conditions shape a wine that is steely, bright and citrusy in character over a lean-bodied texture. Showing plenty of exciting freshness and brightness, the wine sees a quick four months of aging on the lees in stainless steel. This is a 20,000-bottle release.
