Wine AdvocateThe young and pristine 2022 Nimbus Sauvignon Blanc is very pale and has a pungent nose with good ripeness and 13.5% alcohol and very good acidity. Reading the technical sheet, I was surprised to find out that there is 7% Chenin Blanc in the bottled wine! 42,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022.
