Rich and layered with pie crust and dried apples. Hints of baked bread. Medium-bodied and structured with solid intensity. Lightly chewy with a flavorful finish. Some white pepper and just a hint of energetic bitterness. Reserve wines of 2019 and 2018. 52% chardonnay, 32% pinot noir and 16% pinot meunier. Dosage about 8 g/L. Drink now.

The NV Champagne La Cuvée Brut is aged for 4 years and sees 8 grams per liter dosage. The nose is very pretty and elegant, with floral aromas of brioche and sweet orchard fruits. Fresh with apricot, it is expressive of its lovely Chardonnay character. The palate is soft and approachable, and in line with the nose. This is a great aperitif style to begin with. Drink now or over the following 10 years.

Evoking aromas of menthol, white fruits, lemon oil and warm biscuits, the NV Brut La Cuvée possesses a medium to full-bodied, round and supple palate with good depth at the core and a charming, fresh, ethereal finish. For this release, the percentage of Chardonnay in this cuvée has been slightly increased, making it a blend of 52% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 13% Pinot Meunier. Based on the 2018 vintage, complemented with 2016 and 2015, it was disgorged with a dosage of nine grams per liter.

Fresh and harmonious, with a minerally overtone and satinlike texture, this shows a subtle mesh of poached pear and white cherry, tangerine peel, blanched almond and pickled ginger flavors that expands through the finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Drink now.

This is smooth and softly textured wine. With its relatively high dosage and creamy texture, this standard nonvintage cuvée is immediately accessible and delicious. Great fruit makes it a great aperitif style of Champagne.
