The geological diversity and microclimate of each plot, ecologically respectful viticulture and innovative oenology are the set of factors that determine the expression of this Txakoli. Around 12º, naturally fresh, harmonious, rounded, persistent on the palate and with a slightly bitter, elegant finish typical of the variety. Itsasmendi is a young txakoli in which balance, freshness and harmony stand out.
