(70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Menier): Light yellow-gold. Ripe pear and strawberry aromas and flavors, along with notes of sweet butter and honey. Fleshy and open-knit, showing a supple texture and good finishing cling. Easygoing and seamless Champagne that has the heft to work with richer foods.

This Champagne is lightly structured, balancing between the citrus and red fruit flavors and crisp acidity. It is a young wine but is ready to drink.
