This unique rosé from the northwest of Italy is made of 100% Barbera. On the nose, intense stone fruit (mostly cherries), strawberries, violets, occasionally almonds. With its dark magenta color, it's fuller body and concentrated notes of red berries, bramble and spice,are unlike many of the lighter styles of rose that you may be familiar with! It's a great BBQ pork pairing wine as well as a rosé that can match grilled and charred veggies!
