The organic 2021 Chianti Classico is earthy and savory in character, showing dried fruit, potting soil and dark plum over a mid-weight mouthfeel. The wine is open-knit and accessible with soft structure and an easy-drinking style. It is 100% Sangiovese aged partially in oak, with the rest going into cement. The wine represents a blend of fruit from various estate parcels. This is a 50,000-bottle release.
