Plump blueberry fruit is tinged in more reductive notes like saddle, bone broth and smoked meat aromas. Some lovely spice and floral notes creep in, too. The palate is mouth-filling with muscular, raspy tannins that creep in halfway through. Drink slightly chilled with a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs.
