Light greenish straw yellow and full of light, it has a very open aroma with lime, fennel seeds, lemon peel. The palate is the usual trademark: it enters slightly full-bodied and electric, strongly anised, in the center palate it is citrusy with a touch of cardamom, leaving a very long trail of citrus salt in the finish. As it matures in the bottle, it will acquire a mineral character of hydrocarbons and candied citrus fruits, without losing the proverbial dynamism that has made it the cult wine par excellence of the entire appellation. Great on seafood cuisine, amazing on raw food.
