Domaine Adèle Rouzé Quincy 2023

The Sauvignon grape variety reigns supreme here, expressing itself to the full. The grapes are machine-harvested. Particular care is taken in sorting and pressing the grapes to preserve the integrity of the berries. The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and kept on fine lees until bottling. Exclusively white, the Quincy wine reveals its freshness and intensity through invigorating notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.
