A deep red color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Cuvee Constantin is ripe on the nose, with notes of baked cherries, sweet dark spices, and forest floor. Medium-bodied, it has broad shoulders and expanding ripe tannins, with ripe acidity and a weightless feel. It's a very attractive wine to enjoy over the coming 5-6 years.
