Straw yellow, intense and brilliant. Floral aromas, hints of fresh fruit, vegetables, green apple and even aromatic herbs. Fresh on the palate, good sensation given by the alcohol, not invasive, good body and balance. Excellent paired with appetizers, vegetable creams, white meats and fish.

The 2023 Erbaluce di Caluso is a very pretty, exotic white. Apricot, lemon confit, chamomile, spice and tangerine peel open nicely in this mid-weight white. In this vintage, the Erbaluce is a bit nervy, but it is also nicely done.
