The Fine Old range is a minimum 10 years old and represents excellent value. The number of gold medals and trophies it has received is testament to its quality. Raisins and chocolate. Flavours of raisins and chocolate. An evening is just not complete without a glass of our Fine Old range after dinner. It can be the Tokay, the Muscat or the Tawny. The Muscat is perfectly acceptable to drink on its own, but makes a nice accompaniment to chocolate brownies with lashings of double cream.

Buller's entry-level Muscat blend sourced from inside and outside Rutherglen itself is a terrific value. It's perfumed yet full bodied and rich, with sweet notes of golden raisins and dried figs, as well as darker hints of dates and molasses.

Also recommended and tasted, but no tasting note given. R.L. Buller & Son was founded in 1921 by the grandfather of Andrew Buller, the current winemaker. The winery remains one of the benchmarks in the production of fortified sweet wines from the warm terroir of Rutherglen.

Bright and sweet, with aromatic spices and prune flavors, picking up a nice hint of dried cherry and strawberry as the finish lingers.
