Full body with a lot of fullness in mouth. Garnet red color. Strong ripe fruit aromas of cherry, peach, apricot, plum. Very well melted and fine tannins. Mineral finish. Pairs well with rich meat dishes, game and cheese.

The 2021 Morgan Côte Du Py has another attractive nose of brambly red fruit commingling with undergrowth and subtle crushed stone scents. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins. It teeters on being a bit under-nourished towards the finish yet retains balance and sufficient weight. A welcome spiciness emerges on the conclusion. Very fine.
