Picked on the early side (the finished alcohol level is only 13.1%) and incorporating minimal malolactic fermentation, the 2021 Chardonnay Oak Knoll District is only medium-bodied, quite linear and focused. The honeyed pineapple and lime curd notes lack a bit of generosity, but the finish is bright and refreshing.
