The 2021 Pinot Noir Rambeaux needs a little air on opening, but its forward, reductive aromas slowly blow off to reveal notes of black pepper, mixed berry compote, and baking spices. Ripe and softly textured, it coats the palate with fruit and offers modest acidity. I would allow it air if drinking now, but I wouldn't hold onto it either.
